Spare parts are to be ordered exclusively through our Consumer Service Department and are shipped from San Diego, California.

- all credit card details (we exclusively accept Visa, Discover and Mastercard)
Consumers are responsible for shipping charges on all spare part orders.
When requesting spare parts under warranty, please provide a sales receipt from an authorized dealer, a photo of the part you wish to have replaced, a brief explanation of the issue with your product, the serial number of the product, and your shipping address.
