If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return within thirty (30) days of confirmed receipt of INGLESINA products purchased from our website.
No restocking fee will be charged, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs (with the exception of the Aptica stroller and Aptica bassinet/stand, for which - for a limited time only - Inglesina will pay for return shipping costs).
All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA#) which can be obtained through INGLESINA Customer Service at: email@example.com or (888)542-1112.
All unauthorized returns will be rejected by Inglesina USA, Inc.
Returned product, including the original packaging, must be in new and unused condition, otherwise it cannot be returned.
Individual dealers’ own return policies are not honored by Inglesina USA, Inc.
