Warranty policy

Inglesina guarantees its new products (still owned by the original consumer) to be free from defects in materials and or defects caused by workmanship. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or to damage caused by neglect, lack of maintenance, abnormal operation or unreasonable use, damage caused by the use of accessories or parts not manufactured by Inglesina or components altered and/or disassembled.

If you have a problem with your product, and if the problem is covered under this warranty, service will be provided free of charge.
If the problem is not covered by this warranty, the consumer will be asked to pay for all related expenses associated with the service provided.

Warranty period: 1 year from purchase date.

Neither refunds nor returns will be granted by Inglesina USA.
Individual dealers’ own return policies are not honored by Inglesina USA.
