Shipping policy

Inglesina USA Inc offers free FedEx ground shipping for orders US$29 or more (excluding parts) shipped within the contiguous USA and to Canada.

Inglesina USA Inc strives to fulfill all orders that are received and authorized within two (2) business days.

Orders may be delayed for reasons including but not limited to weather, product availability, billing and shipping verification.

Inglesina USA Inc ships all items from San Diego, California.

Inglesina USA Inc currently ships to the USA, Canada and Latin America.
If you are outside the USA, Canada or Latin America, please visit our international website to find the closest dealer to you.

Inglesina USA Inc does not currently ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses. We do not have a USPS pick up from our warehouse and FedEx - our preferred shipping carrier - does not serve PO boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses.

Orders shipped to California and Kansas will have sales tax automatically applied.
 
Inglesina USA Inc is not responsible for any damage caused by shipping, or for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to file a claim with FedEx in the event of a damage, loss, theft or delivery dispute. Upon filing a claim with FedEx, the purchaser may request for Inglesina USA Inc to issue a Shipper Waiver to FedEx by reaching out to our Customer Service at inglesinausa@inglesina.com.

Customs fees might apply to orders shipped outside of the USA and are the customer's responsibility, with exception of Canada where all customs fees are waived.
